The adaptive reuse and renovation of historic Building 102 is part of the expansion of the University aiming to provide new and up-to-date facilities. Design included innovative office and administrative environments, conference rooms, break rooms, instructors work areas, restrooms and storage.

The buildings were brought up to current building codes, Anti-Terrorist/Force protection criteria and met the requirements for LEED Silver certification while preserving the historic character of the buildings using BIM. An estimated $8.57 Million is the budget of the construction which completed this year, 2018.

Outside of the building where the classic red brick had been restored which was more of the challenge in this renovation. Inside features neutral colors, custom made office desks, glass walled office rooms with plenty of lighting. Pendant lighting fixtures are scattered everywhere on the open ceiling which is a popular signature element of most contemporary office designs used in this particular project because of the spaciousness and casual, cool vibe it gives.
