The area is 11,000 square feet or 1,022 square meters in a somewhat called the industrial shell that houses new classrooms and meeting areas. With its current design state came the concept of keeping the industrial interior with series of windows, exposed ducts and beams, and concrete floors. Exposed red bricks have been kept as part of the interior, created partitions and walls with “dots” shaped designs around the space and have also been incorporated in the furniture. Bright and playful colors have been picked for design elements to make the space feel more youthful.
